DIRECTOR

Sarah Kuck is an Austin-based director and field producer. First and foremost she considers herself a storyteller, always seeking to place human emotions and empathy at the focal point of the projects she works on. Her production company Present Medium develops content locally and internationally, and has partnered with local crews in cities like Nairobi, Istanbul, Manila, Mumbai and New Delhi.

Her current film TARCILA won best overall short from the Santa Fe International Film Festival, and recently screened at the Smithsonian Native Cinema Showcase and UN Women Global Voices Film festival. In 2017, she worked as the co-director and director of photography for RETORNADOS, a short film on asylum-seekers escaping violence in Honduras. The film was sponsored by a grant from the International Women’s Media Foundation.

PRODUCER, SOUND GENIUS

Brian J Ramos is an Austin-based composer, producer, production sound recordist, mix engineer and sound designer whose work spans across film, television and the music industry. His global and national clients have included Google, Pandora, Showtime, Universal Records, Sony, Acura, HBO, ESPN, AMC, PBS, A&E and FX Networks. His local contributions include work with Revelator, La Neta, Austin Film Festival, Discos Peligrosa, Cine las Americas, KUT 90.5 Austin, Troublemaker and The University of Texas. He’s also worked with several notable Austin-based filmmakers including Miguel Alvarez, Bradley Beesley, David Modigliani, Aman Johnson and Louisiana Kreutz. Brian helped to create and produce the nationally syndicated public radio series, On Story from Austin Film Festival and Public Radio International and was a founding member of both Grupo Fantasma and Master Blaster Sound System.

E.J. Enríquez is an Austin-based DP whose work encompasses a variety of genres and formats that have screened around the world including Sundance, Berlinale, IDFA, SXSW & Tribeca among others. Work has taken him to 5 continents including Africa, Asia, Europe & South America. Current work can be seen on HBO, Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime Video.
